Government Solutions in the Cloud: A Panel Discussion of the OAG’s Crime Victim’s Compensation Program

Panelists include:

Rudy Montoya, CIO, Texas Office of the Attorney General

Gene McCleskey, Director, Crime Victims' Compensation Program, Texas Office of the Attorney General

Claudia Escobar, Information Security Officer, Texas Office of the Attorney General

Moderator: Anh Selissen, Software Development Division Manager, Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts

We are excited for a panel discussion on the Office of the Attorney General’s successful implementation of a new cloud based solution delivered and in production in just over a year.

The Crime Victims’ Compensation Program is dedicated to ensuring that victims of violent crime are provided financial assistance for crime-related expenses that cannot be reimbursed by insurance or other sources.

This new solution is "the beginning of the next decade in victim compensation claim processing."
